wisp

        wisp is indeed a very wishy swishy swirling sort of girl.  
a bit like candy, and a bit like string she is the kind of girl who is
 constantly sticky with laughter and tangled about herself. she loves
   nothing more than blowing away dandelion fluff, and if there was
anything she might love more, it would probably only be the wishes
 that came with them. she knows every first star and shooting star,
  and if you stopped in to say hello on a tuesday you are certain to
            find her baking her weekly unbirthday cake. 

   wisp was commissioned by a dreadfully charmingly girl who quite
  specifically asked for skirts that swish, purples, ribbons and horses.

wisp is jointed at the arms and legs. she wears a swishy sort of handsewn skirt with ribbon trim to match
the ones tied throughout her hair. her shirt is decoupage images of horses and celestial sorts of things.
